When do fall 2025 deliveries begin?
Fall 2025 deliveries will be available from August 24th through September 4th. If there are orders after the original window, other delivery options can and will be tailored to students needs.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes. Deposits range from $150 to $200, depending on the item’s value. You’ll get the full deposit back at the end of your rental term, provided the equipment is returned in good condition
How are delivery and pickup handled?
Our student delivery team brings your equipment directly to your dorm or apartment. At the end of the rental, we will conveniently pick up your rental. No need to clean, pack, or unscrew.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, to extend your fall term rental into a full year rental, look for the fall pickup email, which will contain a special discount code and link to rent for the spring semester
What happens if the equipment is damaged or stolen?
Damages beyond normal wear and tear or theft may result in a partial or full forfeiture of your deposit and additional replacement fees
