GateTVs Delivery / Pickup Policy

1. Delivery Areas

- On-Campus (Colgate University)
Free delivery to any Colgate University residence hall or official campus address.

- Off-Campus 
Free delivery to all student apartments and houses within a 5-mile radius.

 


 

2. Processing & Delivery Time

- Order Confirmation
We send a confirmation email within 1 business day of receiving your order.

- Standard Delivery Window: All purchases will be delivered within 5 business days of your order date (subject to current product availability)

 


 

3. Delivery Scheduling

- After order confirmation, you’ll get a link to select a 15-minute delivery window that fits your schedule.

- To reschedule, please update your slot at least 12 hours beforehand via the same link.

 


 

4. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery

- Free Standard Delivery for on-campus and nearby off-campus housing.

- No extra handling or packaging fees.

 


 

5. What Happens on Delivery

- Our team brings your TV (plus remote, stand, box, and all other purchased goods) right to your door.

- We’ll set it up in your preferred room and confirm it powers on correctly. If issues arise with timing or other delivery conflicts, GateTV reserves the right to bypass TV setup. 

- Any cords or cables will be neatly organized before we leave.

 


 

6. Returns & Pickups

- At term’s end, we handle pickup and inspection—no shipping on your part.

- You’ll receive a pickup-scheduling link two weeks before semester’s end.

- Please leave the TV, remote, and original box in a visible location; we’ll handle disassembly.

 


 

7. Note on Deliveries and Pickups

- In accordance with Colgate Residential Life and the student handbook, no vendors can access students residence without the student present. Therefore when scheduling a delivery/pickup students living in any on campus housing must be present during the scheduled time. Students living off campus can schedule deliveries even if they are absent during the time.
